3. Domain Registration & Hosting Services

• Uptime Target: We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• Data Backups: You are solely responsible for keeping local backups of your website.
• Server Misuse: Hosting spam, malware, or illegal content will trigger instant termination.
• Third-Party Terms: Domain registrations are subject to ICANN and registry rules.
• Renewal Failures: We are not liable for lost domains due to late renewal payments.

4. E-Commerce & Retail Sales

• Product Descriptions: We attempt to display product images, descriptions, and colors as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are completely error-free or that your screen will accurately reflect the colors.

6. Shipping and Delivery
